One-on-One Coaching

INITIAL 15 MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL
We discuss health coaching, evaluate your current state of wellness and identify improvements you want to make that will enhance how you experience life.

1 HOUR FOUNDATION SESSION
We lay the foundation and expectations for our time together. We explore your present health and various lifestyle factors you want to work on. I provide guidance and support to identify what's important to you and why you want to work on your present goals. Together, we will identify how our time will be spent to support you making impactful health and lifestyle changes toward an improved life experience.

30 MINUTE FOLLOW-UP WEEKLY SESSIONS
These are highly personalized and the “secret sauce” of coaching. You will explore your strengths, self-awareness and mindset to support your goal formation and attainment. As your coach I will support, guide and offer the “big picture” perspective. We will co-create a plan that is accessible, reasonable and fits your lifestyle. Throughout the process potential barriers to successful goal attainment will be identified and worked through to support your best outcome of each session.

MAINTENANCE SESSION
For someone who has finished either the 6-week, 3-month or 6-month program but still wants periodic support. These programs are customized to the client’s preferences.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
6 WEEK PROGRAM
A great place for individuals who are presently working on goals and need accountability, support and a fresh perspective on their present wellness commitment. This is also a fantastic way to check-in with yourself, refine behaviors you want to improve upon to support your desired health and wellness lifestyle.
3 MONTH PROGRAM
A good introduction to health coaching for people who are very motivated and already have specific things they want to work on, but haven’t been able to attain goals on their own. This is also the perfect fine-tuning for people who are committed to their wellness, but have fallen off track.
6 MONTH PROGRAM
Ideal for someone who may feel disconnect from themselves and their health and are looking for guidance and support on where to begin making healthy lifestyle changes. Or, your doctor recently recommended you make some lifestyle changes to improve your health and you’d like help navigating how to go about making changes that will improve your health overtime, this is a fantastic level of support.
Group Health Coaching Programs
Online and in-person group coaching programs provide the opportunity to deep dive into an aspect of health you want to improve upon in a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
You will experience first-hand how to reclaim and reframe your thoughts, emotions, and nutritional and behavioral patterns in a way that gives you the energy and clarity to be more present in your daily life.
